Two-Factor Authentication, or 2FA, is a security method that requires two separate pieces of information to verify your identity. The first factor is something you know—your password. The second factor is something you have—typically your mobile phone. By combining these two factors, mctiers significantly reduces the risk that an attacker can access your account, even if they manage to guess or steal your password.
On mctiers, 2FA is optional, not mandatory. We understand that some players prefer simplicity and are comfortable relying on a strong password alone. Once enabled, 2FA remains active until you deliberately disable it through the same Account Settings menu. We recommend keeping backup codes in a safe place, such as a password manager or written note stored securely at home.

Two-Factor Authentication During Withdrawals on mctiers

- Update Your Phone Number: Once you regain access, update your mobile number in Account Settings so that future 2FA codes are sent to your new device.

Two-Factor Authentication and Payment Methods on mctiers
2FA on mctiers works seamlessly with all our supported payment options. Whether you deposit via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking, your 2FA codes do not interfere with the deposit process—you enter your 2FA code to access your mctiers account, and the payment method verification happens separately within the payment app or bank interface.
